Kirstine is an experienced CFO with over 20 years’ experience building strong finance functions, managing investor relationships and supporting organisations through growth, transformation and successful exits. She specialises in private‑equity backed environments, combining strategic financial leadership with hands‑on operational expertise.
She has built and scaled finance operations internationally, led major change programmes, raised debt finance and overseen post‑acquisition integration. In her current CFO role, she leads Finance, IT, HR, Payroll and Development teams, ensuring robust governance, effective systems and data‑driven decision‑making.
As a member of the Trust Board and the Finance & General Purpose Committee, Kirstine brings strategic financial insight, rigorous governance experience and a strong understanding of sustainability, risk and operational efficiency.
