Aimée has worked in education for over twenty years, beginning her career as a primary teacher and later holding senior leadership roles in Church of England schools. She is the incoming Director of Education at Odyssey Collaborative Trust, following her role as Head of Education at the Diocese of Coventry Multi‑Academy Trust.
She has led values‑driven school improvement, governance development, and professional learning initiatives at local and national levels. Aimée has also served as President and Chair of the Board of the Chartered College of Teaching and as a trustee of the Derby Diocesan Board of Education, alongside contributing to work with Ofsted, the Department for Education, and the National Society.
As a Board Member and interim Chair of the Curriculum & Standards Committee, Aimée brings strategic insight, strong governance expertise, and a deep understanding of effective curriculum and improvement practice, helping to ensure high standards and positive outcomes across the Trust.
