Brett is an experienced finance leader with a strong track record in corporate and commercial finance. He brings extensive expertise in financial strategy, operational management, governance, and performance improvement, developed across senior roles in both FTSE 100 and global organisations. Brett currently serves as a Finance Director at the Lumine Group, where he leads financial planning, commercial insight, and strategic decision‑making across international operations.
His earlier career includes senior finance leadership roles at Experian Plc, where he directed financial strategy for UK B2B portfolios of up to £600m and strengthened financial control, investment planning, and analytical insight. He began his career at Ernst & Young LLP and has held a range of controllership roles ensuring compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and internal governance frameworks.
As a member of the Trust Board and of the Finance & General Purposes and Audit & Risk Committees, Brett provides robust financial leadership, strong governance expertise, and deep technical knowledge. His experience in financial control, risk management, commercial strategy, and organisational performance strengthens the Board’s ability to ensure effective stewardship and long‑term financial sustainability across the Trust.
