Hannah has over 16 years’ experience in HR across the education, health and private sectors, with a particular passion for delivering practical, people‑focused HR in schools. She moved into the education sector over a decade ago, supporting the early development of the multi‑academy trust model and contributing to effective organisational growth and change.
After HR roles in two large trusts, Hannah joined Browne Jacobson LLP in 2018 and progressed to Senior HR Consultant, leading a team of experienced specialists. She has extensive experience in large‑scale change, TUPE, complex employee relations and workforce development, alongside a strong understanding of how organisational change affects people and culture.
As a member of the Trust Board and Chair of the People Committee, Hannah brings strategic expertise in workforce planning, organisational development and staff wellbeing. Her insight strengthens the Trust’s ability to support its people, manage change well and foster a positive, inclusive working environment across all schools.
