As Chief Executive of the Diocese of Southwell & Nottingham, he brings strong strategic leadership, commercial awareness and a collaborative approach to supporting the work of Archway Learning Trust.
He has led large‑scale organisational goals through effective partnerships, clear communication and a commitment to integrity. His experience in delivering strategic change, enabling teams to flourish and building strong stakeholder relationships strengthens the Trust’s capacity for thoughtful, values‑driven decision‑making.
