On Friday 7th October, we held our annual Leadership Conference at Eastwood Hall with Members, Board Trustees, Advisory Board Chairs, Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Leadership Team and Principals in attendance. The theme for this year was ‘strong trusts’, exploring what a strong trust means for us and how our leaders play a part in creating it.
Strong trusts require strong leaders and we are blessed at Archway Learning Trust to have a wonderful range of talented leaders, both working for our Trust and also alongside it as AAB Members and Trustees.
Our objectives were:
- Understanding what defines a strong trust
- What the Academy Trust Governance Code means for Archway’s Governance
- Realise the power of organisational culture and how we harness and direct that power
