We’re always developing our plans to ensure we’re providing the best education and environment for our students, and we recognise that our colleagues are at the heart of that, and we invest a great deal into continuous professional learning for all.
Festival of Learning
One of our highlights of the year is our annual Festival of Learning where all staff, no matter their role, come together for a day of learning and networking to help them develop in their role and meet and work with colleagues from other areas of the trust. We have guest speakers, specialist training sessions, workshops and opportunities to socialise with colleagues and the feedback is always fantastic.

Staff Awards
We also hold an annual Staff Awards ceremony, which is another fantastic event in our calendar and enables us to come together to celebrate the incredible dedication and achievements of staff across our trust. Colleagues can nominate each other and we’ve been known to receive close to 3,000 votes!
